Mary works within her own private practice The Cavendish Healing Centre which is close to Leigh Town centre Lancashire.

Liaising closely with GP’s and the local Health Authority - She gained her Diploma of Hypnotherapy at the London College of Clinical Hypnosis and is a full member of the British Society of Clinical Hypnosis.

William Wordsworth came to Mary one afternoon as she was meditating in her therapy room, saying he was here to help her to fulfil her dream to write a book, this would be a gift from him with unconditional love for the fifteen past lives they had spent together. To say that Mary was both surprised and shocked that day is an understatement.

The result of that meeting is Spirituality Matters by Mary Holt in which William has finished one of his unfinished works. This is the first book of many so William has told her. Book number two is already underway and should be out later this year the title being In Life We But Wonder by Mary Holt.

Mary was invited to do a book review of Spirituality Matters on the Late Show with Carole Turner on BBC Radio Lancashire.
